Introduction
The contemporary palette of charcoals, greys and whites applied to this federation cottage have given it a bold freshness with a modern Hamptons feel.
The rear family spaces and garden were transformed, with the kitchen and living spaces now opening onto a covered limestone terrace, pool and terraced lawn, while the upper floor addition provides a new generosity of space and breathing room for the family.
The interiors continue with the scheme of grey and white, warmed by oak floorboards and textured sisals. Figured marbles finishes used in the kitchen and bathrooms bring drama to the elegant scheme.
