Drawing on experience delivering high-end residential, commercial and large-scale infrastructure projects, Liam brings to the Cadence & Co team a practical approach to developing accurate cost estimates.
As a residential carpenter Liam has worked across multiple $3m+ projects, with involvement in all stages of the build from demolition and early groundworks through structural installation, framing, fix-out and final handover.
Liam’s education and experience working as a Civil Engineer has provided him with a strong foundation in construction methodologies. He has had the opportunity to work as a site engineer on large scale infrastructure projects where coordination of multiple trades and quality control is essential to successful project delivery.
Liam’s interest in high-end residential projects stems from a desire to assist in the delivery of quality finishes on complex and unique architecturally designed homes.
