Cadence & Co, has appointed two senior project managers to evolve the practice offering as the company enters its second decade of consistent growth. The project management team expansion is indicative of the increasing scale and complexity of the projects delivered by Cadence & Co.
Joining the team are Sally Darkes and Ed Boyce, both highly experienced project managers in the premium residential sector.
A qualified project manager and interior architect, Sally has managed high-end projects in Australia and the UK for more than 15 years. She says, “my passion for design and expertise on delivering projects from concept to completion, ensures clients expectations are exceeded by concise and consistent communication”.
Ed Boyce has joined Cadence & Co after several years consulting on residential property development across New South Wales and Queensland, he says, “Cadence & Co have an extraordinary reputation in the luxury residential sector that I had tracked for a few years. I am very excited to join the team and draw on my experiences working in complex development projects to assist in driving Cadence & Co to new levels in their offering to the market.”
Ed and Sally will be joining Cadence & Co’s established team of project managers working in collaboration with the contract Administrators and Construction Managers to provide a comprehensive service to Cadence & Co’s growing portfolio.
