Worth every cent
Cadence & Co have managed our renovation, including full new kitchen, from first brief, to final trade. Their umbrella management of the whole project was worth every cent, and they were true to the initial brief throughout. Each team, and all comms, were excellent and the financial management of the project was clear and precise. Couldn't recommend them more.

The interactive design process, the professionalism, the deft cost control and the overall efficiency of the whole Cadence team, including subcontractors,
was amazing. We knew at all times that we were in excellent hands.
We remember you telling us that Cadence bases its reputation on high quality work, materials and
finishes. You even told us that the house would “sound” different, with thicker gyprock, solid core
doors, high ceilings etc. And it does! As soon as you walk in you can see, hear and feel the quality,
and visitors always comment.
We are very happy, contented customers who didn’t know that the process of
building could be so fulfilling and even exciting, watching our dream home being created and being
included in the journey throughout.

Delivered on time and to budget
Hi. We used Cadence in 21/22 to do a major refurbishment at our house. This was not an easy job with Covid, rain and the potential for supply issues at the start of the project - something all Sydney projects faced at that time. With their expertise and team work the project was delivered on time and to budget - happy family and cats. We are pleased to welcome our friends and family to benefit from a fantastic quality job.

We recently used Cadence to do a small renovation in our house. Throughout the process, Jason King and his team were responsive and easy to work with, and ensured that the work was done to a very high standard. They put time in at the start to price the job properly, so there were no nasty surprises later on. They found clever solutions for the unexpected challenges that inevitably arise in renovating an old house. The Cadence team were great, and they also have close relationships with high quality trades. We couldn't be happier with the result, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again, or recommend them to others.

We recently completed a major exterior makeover on our home with Cadence, from design to construction. Professional people, professional finish, loving the end product. Details and fine touches made a big difference.
Charges and billings were transparent. We paid a small fee to get a detailed quote done at the start. We were hesitant at the beginning on how realistic it was going to be but it proved to be an honest estimate. We had allocated a budget and the last thing we wanted was a blowout.

We could not be happier with our new lounge room - the sandstone fireplace and bar design are perfect. The whole renovation blends with the rest of the house so it looks like it’s been there forever. Jason is an sensational project manager and Dave is a 10/10 tradesman as are all the trades who worked to bring the project together. In short the Cadence experience has been outstanding.

More thrilled than ever with the results
Two years on from our front yard and garage renovations and we are more thrilled than ever with the results. Prior to the renovation I hated the front of my house so much I stopped looking at it but now it looks like my dream house. Cadence and Co delivered the whole lot- from design, to building, project managing and now maintaining. The double garage has replace the dilapidated single garage and the landscaping enhances our California bungalow. Our latest experience with Cadence is the joinery in our family room completed just before Christmas last year. Every single tradesman who came into our home was professional and skilled. I now have the functional storage I need as well as loving the way it looks.
I’m now plotting a backyard “tweak” so will be back in contact with Cadence’s small works department to get the ball rolling.

We are beyond elated
We engaged Cadence & Co to undertake a new home office and from there we have moved to a cellar, a fireplace and an outdoor BBQ. We cant be more impressed with not only the quality of the work, but the quality and engagement from the multiple trades that we have interacted with. We are beyond elated with every job, from the joinery to the tiling, to the electrical and gyprock works. Craftmanship in the design and our project manager and foreman. We recently completed a major renovation of our beachfront apartment with Cadence & Co. We engaged them from design through to construction and are absolutely delighted with the results.
Gerald, Dan and their construction team along with Jennifer (design) were professional, responsive and a pleasure to work with. Being a renovation, the work was not without its challenges which were resolved with consultation, professionalism, decisiveness and positivity.
Our build was completed with impressive attention to detail both in the design and build stages. The job came in on time and below budget in a COVID impacted build environment and we are in love with the high quality end product. Our apartment has been transformed.
We are also impressed with the post-build follow up and liaison provided by Emma and Bec.

Impeccable attention to detail
We started off with Cadence & Co with a blind request through the website. I received a call that afternoon and was so impressed with the professionalism and promptness right from the start. We worked with the architecture team to finalise plans and begin our work. Throughout the build, we worked closely with design, to choose finishes and make sure all was working out well. It was all the attention to detail throughout that really impressed us. I would hire Cadence & Co again in a heart beat and recommend them to everyone I know considering a renovation. Having a professional team manage and organise a renovation is key - it will save time and money in the long run. Our renovation is a prime example as we were moving back into our house after 3 months. There were a few things that still needed finishing afterwards, due to world wide materials and appliance shortages and crazy rain conditions, but the Cadence team didn’t ignore or leave us hanging. They continued until every last detail was done. We even had a few joinery changes and those were addressed and altered within a tight time frame.
