As the Project Operations Manager for Cadence & Co, Rico Du Plessis oversees the operational performance for the project management arm of our business. Managing a large team of Contract Administrators and Project Managers, he drives the robust project management principles and processes in which our company excels.

Rico’s rigorous approach combined with an inclusive team leadership style results in stable and efficient project delivery teams throughout the length of each individual project.

With over ten years experience in the construction industry, Rico has amassed a broad range of skills managing often complex and challenging projects. In recent years his knowledge has been honed from building and leading highly successful teams for a number of dynamic construction companies. Rico’s hands-on construction experience at the start of his career has underpinned his success, contributing to his deep understanding of the industry.
