Earlier this month, we welcomed more than 140 trades and suppliers to our new Terrey Hills studio for Crafted Through Collaboration, an afternoon dedicated to connecting with the skilled experts we work alongside to bring incredible projects to life. It was an opportunity to reconnect with familiar faces, meet new partners, and share a deeper insight into how we operate as a business and how we can continue to grow together.
The event opened with conversations led by key members of our leadership team, including our Co-Founders Darren Mills and Mark Campbell; General Manager Jamie Lonie; Principal Architect Michael Kilkeary; Business Development team members Amie Frankel and Stuart Gordon; Design Practice Manager Chelsea Dawson; Estimating Manager Marc Cuscino; Project Manager James Boyce; and Marketing & Communications Manager Lucie Whitehouse.
Each offered a perspective on the rhythms of their roles, how our disciplines intersect, and how we can support one another to deliver thoughtful and considered outcomes for our clients.
As the evening unfolded, guests were joined by team members from across Cadence & Co — Design, Construction, Estimating, Property Services, Marketing, Business Development, People & Culture, Finance and Administration. The atmosphere was warm and energising, a reminder of the collective skill, care, and craft that sit behind every Cadence & Co project.
We closed the evening with a shared sense of momentum and optimism for the future, a commitment to working better together, strengthening partnerships, and continuing to build through collaboration.
