Construction
Cadetship Program

We’re passionate about shaping the future of construction by supporting the next generation of leaders.

01
Build your future

At Cadence & Co, we take great pride in nurturing our people and supporting the next generation of industry leaders.

Our annual Construction Cadetship Program provides university and TAFE students with the opportunity to experience the world of high-end, architecturally designed residential projects. Commencing each January, the 11-month program offers hands-on experience across Estimating, Pre-Construction and Project Delivery, including Contracts Administration and Project Management.

Throughout the program, you'll be guided by industry experts, immersed in live projects, and supported to explore a career path that is both rewarding and inspiring.

For a detailed overview of the Construction Cadetship Program, view the brochure below.

Applications for our 2027 cohort are now open and will close on 10 October 2026

Project Delivery (Contracts Administration & Project Management)

Work alongside Project Managers, Contract Administrators and Site Teams to develop an understanding of how projects are delivered from commencement through to completion.

Estimating & Pre-Construction

Learn how projects are planned, priced and prepared before construction begins. Working alongside our Estimating team, you'll gain exposure to cost planning, tendering, procurement strategies and the early decision-making processes that set projects up for success.
