Build your future
Our annual Cadetship Program is your opportunity to experience the world of high-end, architecturally designed residential projects. Commencing in January each year, our 11-month program offers university and TAFE students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across four key areas of construction: Project Management, Contract Administration, Estimating & Pre-Construction, and Site Management. Throughout the year, you’ll be guided by industry experts, immersed in live projects, and supported to discover a career path that’s both rewarding and inspiring.
Applications for our 2027 cohort will open in September 2026.
Project Management
Work alongside senior managers to plan, coordinate, and deliver successful projects from start to finish.
Contracts Administration
Gain experience preparing, reviewing, and managing the agreements that keep projects running smoothly.
Estimating & Pre-Construction
Learn how to assess costs, prepare tenders, and contribute to the critical early stages of construction.
Site Management
Experience site management first-hand and develop a holistic view of how residential construction operates day to day.
