Bio
Chelsea Dawson, is a qualified architect with over 25 years experience in top-tier architecture practices across Sydney and in London, delivering both commercial and residential projects. Chelsea joined Cadence & Co as the Design Practice Manager in 2021, merging her project experience with a focus on people, systems management and project resourcing.
Now managing a studio of 35 architects, designers and interior designers, Chelsea ensures that our projects are properly resourced, enabling the teams to deliver on time and within budget.
Since joining the company she has worked closely with the Design Principals to establish a new leadership team and with the People and Culture team to establish an annual career review system, enabling designers to achieve a structured career progression.
Her contribution to our studio culture makes Cadence & Co a great place to work and ensures that our teams remain admirably stable with low rates of attrition.
