The Highlands are alive, with the sound of music…

On Saturday 21st September The Southern Highlands came alive with the sounds of The Sydney Art Quartet featuring Greta Bradman, Australian Operatic soprano.

Hosted by Michael and Susie Yabsley at Wombat Hollow, guests were treated to an afternoon of symphonies as the quartet performed ‘Life in Landscape’ to John Olsen’s artwork.

John Olsen OA OBE, one of Australia’s greatest living artists and a national treasure, joined Greta Bradman onstage in a candid conversation about his inspiration and lyrical depictions of the Australian landscape.

After the performance, guests milled around the grounds of Wombat Hollow at a reception sponsored by Cadence & Co.
