In the latest instalment of The Equine Sessions, Cadence & Co’s team delved deeper into the realm of equine care. This time, the focus shifted to the intricate balance of aesthetics and functionality needed when designing and building equine properties. The expertise of Charlie Brister and Kaden Weaver, founders of Blue Gum Performance, were utilised as they shared their extensive knowledge in breaking and training elite horses to our architect and interior design teams.
Critical factors like surfaces, fencing, facility function, and stables were examined closely. The team gained a nuanced understanding of how each element impacts equine health and comfort.
The purpose of these discussions goes beyond aesthetics – the team aims to design and build equine properties across Sydney and the Southern Highlands that are not only visually appealing but also prioritise the safety and well-being of both horses and humans.
