Xavier House

Xavier House is a classic 19th century Paddington terrace with strong street appeal and beautifully proportioned front rooms. Our clients come to us with a wish to reintroduce a sense of layered heritage throughout the home, where previous owners had embraced white walls and skylights.

After rebuilding and refining the fireplace in the principal room, we then went on to design and construct a custom hardwood kitchen, with highlights in aged brass and copper. In particular, our clients chose a deep French Navy to bring cherished family memories into everyday life.

Meanwhile, in the rear courtyard, our frequent collaborator Adam Robinson Design created a stunning, sun-drenched garden. Now, despite the compact scale, this Paddington terrace glows with light, warmth and access to nature, bringing utility, longevity and timeless design values to the heart of the home.
