Principal - Partner
Specialising in residential design and documentation, Danny has over 17 years’ experience in architectural design, both locally and in London.
This included running his own successful design studio prior to joining Cadence & Co. Danny felt that he could provide a more in-depth service to his clients through the combined expertise of a collective design team, over what he could achieve as a sole practitioner.
In his role as the Senior Architectural Designer for Cadence & Co, Danny oversees and manages all projects for the architectural design and planning team, including quality control and resource scheduling.
As part of this, he manages a team of Architects and Architectural Designers, as well undertaking a hands-on role in the design and planning process for all projects.
With an extensive understanding of the planning requirements throughout NSW, both with local Councils and NSW SEPP for Complying Development, Danny is very well equipped to navigate the NSW planning and building approval system.
